Marketing and reputation
Marketing in Stackap Business asks for reviews, replies to them, runs a local SEO automation engine, sends opted-in campaigns and attributes leads to their source.
What it does
Reviews are handled as a loop. After a job, the software sends a review request, can offer a credit for leaving one, syncs the Google reviews that arrive, drafts replies and stores ratings. Google Business posts can be generated and published.
SEO automation is the largest single automation family in the software, with about 30 tables and 14 scheduled jobs. It ingests search data from Google Search Console, detects problems, proposes changes, can verify or revert them, tracks freshness, volatility and index health, and sends alerts and a digest.
Campaigns go out by SMS or email to audiences such as all clients or recurring clients, with AI-assisted copy, an opt-out log and an unsubscribe link. Forms and landing pages capture leads, and attribution ties each lead to a visit and a click so channels can be compared.
How it works
Stackap Business is working software for running a service business, with its capabilities documented from the code. It is being brought onto the Stackap platform, so an outside agent can operate it with the same scoped tokens, approvals and API that Stackap Cloud uses. That work is in progress. These run inside the business software today. They are not yet available as Stackap platform capabilities.
Marketing results matter only when they reach revenue. Because a lead stays linked to its booking and payment, "which campaign actually made money" is a question about records that already connect, not a spreadsheet exercise.
Early-access scope
- Google Business posts publish live with no draft or approval step in the software today. Putting approvals in front of them is a sensible part of the platform work, but it is not done.
- Social posting is partial. Accounts and posts exist, but depth beyond that has not been verified.
- No segment builder or journey designer. Audiences are a fixed set, and nurture is a set of fixed jobs.
- Results depend on the quality of the sites and content behind them. The engine proposes and verifies changes; it does not guarantee rankings.
